What brands do your service?
We service most major residential brands and a select few residential High-end brands. To check for a specific brand, contact our office.
Do you provide Install services?
No. Unfortunately, this is not a service that we provide.
Do you offer a warranty on your repairs?
Yes! We offer a 60-Day warranty on all repairs for parts and Labor.
We also offer a 30-day warranty on all diagnostics that do not result in a repair.
What is your Service Fee?
Our service fee to come out for 1 appliance is $115. Each additional appliance scheduled for the same visit are an additional $85.
Do you provide emergency or same-day repair services?
We do not provide Emergency services and usually do not have same day appointments available.
Do you wave the Diagnostic fee/Service Fee if I move forward with the repair?

Will I get a shorter time frame and will you call before arriving?
You will receive a 3-hour window through text and email the day prior to your appointment. You will also receive an automated text and call on the way from our system when the technician is headed to you
